I am Gourish.
Along with individual growth, I look for the organizational growth! Being an employee, I give some X contribution. Being an HR, I know what exactly my organization is looking for! I hire some 10 more who can give X or more contribution. A person who can give some X as an individual, is now responsible for 10X (lot of X's :D)! That's the way I love to do it!
