A Team Leader is one who is

1. A combination of Learning, Teaching, Managing, Adhering and Tolerance to all aspects of a given Team to Handle.

2. An Example of Broad mindedness and Non-Partialness when it comes to Team bonding and Team rating abilities.

3. A person who has the ability to understand professional and Personal issues and able to handle them equally.

4. An Example to exposing Team Talents, Recognizing, Appreciating and always Eager to help agents move to the next level by identifying their potentials and encouraging them with new tasks and observing their achievements which helps in rating them during appraisal sessions.

5. A person who feels that his growth is dependable on Team growth, and allows talents to flow without any hinderance to discover new leaders which in turn would help in seeing him achieve higher levels within a short span of time.
