I'm from sri lanka. i applied to enter the Univercity of North texas for the next semester. i done it through a local person. he is the one who handled all the document things. after paying my tutuion fees he took 6 more months to give me a reply. fianlly he gave me this I-20. but i have a small quiz. that is i don't know he has paid the money to the univercity which i have given him. if not after arrving usa, i will get a big problem. how can i make sure that everything is ok and i got the I-20 because the payment is ok? 3

My cousin brother as well as my own brother is working in UK under workpermit.However,my cousin brother is having his Red-Card within fifteen days and he to have a good bank statement.Therefore,I decided to make him my sponser and he too is ready to be my sponser.However,I am afraid with one question.What should I say if they ask me being your own brother in UK why are you making your cousin brother your sponser?Please help me to answer this question.

Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. hi...this is mahe from hyd .i completd my bachelors of physiotherapy in 2009 WITH 65%,.i have 8 backlogs ,and igot I20 IN MBA HEALTH CARE MANGMT from liu,my toefl score is92 ,gre below 700.still now i didnt book my visa slot.due TO fear of backlogs,LOW GRE SCORE AND I CHOOSED MBA,,,,,,PLZ TELL ME HOW CAN I CONVINSED OFFICER ABOUT MY BACKLOGS,GRE AND MBA(bcoz my degree is pure science background) .....THANKU PLZ PLZ PLZ its urgent my intake is in spring 2011
I passes my 12th in 2008 and for two years i was trying to get admission in the reputated university in india as my percentage wasnt high enought so i culdnt get it...in 2010 i went for my visa interview in USA embassy and i had every documents with me...she asked me what i have been dng for last 2 years i honestly said what i was doing...still she refused me the VISA saying tht i am not a credible student for USA...now i am planning to apply again...what if she asked the same question again...I am really worried guys plz help
Last time On 21st July i was rejected bcz of this Q : Why do u Want to go For again bech.....In Real I have completed Bca and I applied For Computer science as a Transfer Student bcz i applied b4 my ty completion and i done WES report of bca fy n sy..so i got merit credit n 3000$ scholarship from SEMO university which is listed in my I20..My consultant suggest me for CS course..bcz i have not given Gmat or gre...I got 5.5 BANDS in IELTS....so wat i have to tell to officer if again Q will arise...How can i convince them?
These subjects are also taught in other universities also but why this university?

i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?
Why University have given you schlorship?
I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.
