BJT which stands to bipolar junction transistoe by itself name
Bipolar stana for hole and electron carrier as well which difuse from higher concentration to lower concentration by applying the voltage at it's emitter and collector terminal.....now second term refers to junction that mean there is voltage barrier created(immobile charge) due to its intenal characteristics phenomena of given material and last and third term refers to transistor which mean trasfer of registor.....
