I need a little clarification?
i just need a straight answer, do i get visa or not? how much chances?
i have done My B.tech ECE 60% jntu-hyd 2011 Passout
12th 95% 2007 passout
10th 80% 2005 passout
GRE old-950-289
Ietls validity expired 6.0 Bands going to retake if u suggest
Coming to me, i have few negative impacts?
1. I dont have any work experience after my B.Tech 2011, so its a Gap after my education? This is due to i have tried for Us in 2012 and got rejected twice in dec 2012 for low gre score they suggested..
Then i have worked for some small company for 10months but the thing is the company has been removed unfortunately so i cant provide u any details letters or anything., then after i have done few courses and trying for job, suddenly i had interest to do Masters so thought of doing work study MS program as consultants suggested, and they guaranteed for i-20 without any gre and ietls, as they said there is no need to take gre and ietls for this work study program and they guarantee my i-20 for Ms in computer science in some average university may be a low ranked..
My question is with out any prior experience showing a gap of 3.5 years after my B.Tech and without any ietls and Gre score of 289, can i get visa, is there any chances?
if how much percent can i expect?
the conusltancy says of having 90% chances but i would like to know form you, because you can suggest without expecting anything from me?
i will be glad if you sugggest me and help me further..

hai sir i am 4m hyderabad, i was caught with fake toefl in us embassy in chennai and gave a writtern letter dat that toefl was fake? can i apply again for the visa ? will it effect my future applications? pls help mee...

I am currently working with well known US based MNC since last 3 years but I want to pursue my masters. hi.i completed my bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.with 53%.i got a i 20 in two universities .i planing to face visa interview with only TOEFL score.. i got score 81.that is toefl ibt test.to give answers how can i face?

To my surprise,my visa interview was too short and shocking. I had 1310 in gre and 109 in toefl. I completed BE in Elect and comm with 75% in 2007 and had been working in a multinational software company since then. i applied for masters in elect and comm in Lamar university with 60% fee waiver.. here goes the interview VO:( took my documents) how many universities??(raising his eyebrow) Me:2 VO: Looking at me with questioning eyes? Me: Lamar university, Texas and Cleveland State University, Ohio. VO: Why did u apply for Cleveland University? Me: This is a good university, i got good reviews about this university from online forums and communities and it was offering me right courses in computer networking along with other courses in Electrical Engineering..... VO: Interrupted... it is not a very high ranking university, how can u say its a good university? Me: Ranking of the university was not my sole criteria... VO: Interrupted... ohh!!! (sarcastically) what was your criteria? Me: I focused on the department and the courses that were being offered.. Moreover, I got good feedback.... VO: Go.. Me: ok. can u give me the reason? VO: next one come.. I don't understand what went wrong?

Hello This is rahul.I got accepted in saint clod state university for Masters in engineering management program and i got funding too.My total i20 amount would be 6000 dollars yearly as i got scholarships. I actually had applied for 5 other universities but for electrical engineering program.Will they create a big problem for my visa?? hello guys .... i got my i20 from pittsburg state uni. and troy uni. but i have no gre only ilets. my ilets score is 6. i complete my b.tech with 71% and 12th with 66% and 10th with 76%. now i have no time for the preparation of gre. my interview will be in may end. pls tell me guys will there any chance to get visa... pls reply on dpreet12@yahoo.com
