Why did you choose HR as your career?
Answer Posted / fish
i choose hr as my profession because i think it is the most important part of the organization, it is the backbone. without manpower the organization will not function. Hr is the one who supply, train and compensate employees and also resolves conflict. so the success of the organization will be my success too as an hr.
