Cascading means a Prompt getting the filter values from another prompt..
advantages:
-Time will be save...
-Possible to send filtered values to another prompt
-we can give source to another prompt
-AutoSubmit property for Single Select
-Reprompt button for multi select
-No need to select all value possible to select only particular values at runtime
