By giving the SubTo as A for, for eg to Total, in the Pricing Procedure, the credit value will post KOMP-CMPRE and the value will be reflected in the field CMPRE. If you would check the table VBAP, the field CMPRE will have a value.

I have created value contract with order type WK1 in VA41. The target value is 500 USD and the net price is 1000 USD. There was no pop up message or error thrown while saving the contract when the net price exceeded the target value. And the system allowed to save the contract.
