In HR role assignment works in two different ways,

1) Normal roles assignment using Su01

2) Strucutral Auhtorization here authorization works based
on positions and by using below tcodes

OOSP--> Profile maintenance.

OOSb--> Assignment of profile to users.

OOAC--> HR authorization switch.
