Refurbishment order is one of the maintenance order
type.Generally it is PM05.This order used when there are any
damaged equipments in the plant.Then the person who is
responsible for that plant,uninstall the equipment from plant.
Then the equipment is moved to material warehouse of
particular section(where damaged equipments are present).
After they got particular count of damaged materials
refurbishment order PM05 is created.Based on the order we
know the cost associated to these damaged materials.based on
the order refurbishment activities will performed like they
will send(to vendor) those damaged materials to
refurbishment purpose.After refurbishment, equipments state
is changes from damage to refurbishment.Once the problem is
over the refurbished equipment is reinstalled in plant.
