One terminal of secondary of CT is earthed to remove the
influence of high voltage of primary on secondary due to
inherent capacitance between them .

We are planning to synchronized DG's with our captive plant in the event of black start of plant, but before sync we checked voltage of DG with our plant voltage and it varies from 5 V to 450 V. So in this condition how we can sync DG with plant ?
We have a distribution transformer of 750KVA/11kv/440v and an AVR (Servo Stabilizer) of 750KVA on the LT side of distribution transformer. Also we have an ACB of 1200A on the output of distribution transformer (that is on the input of AVR). We want to have an MCCB on the output of AVR. What should be the rating?
