1. HR policies is a statement of intention committing the mgt to the general course of action. Simply,Policies are Plans for Action. It Promote stability
2. HR policies for SHRM, HRP & Hiring, T & C OF employment, Job / role Analysis, PMS & Job evaluation, Compensation Mgt, Employee Benefits & Welfare activities, training & Development, OD, TA + DA policy, Leave Policy, Mobile Reim. Policy, Discipline Manual, etc etc etc etc
