BPO means?

BPO is stand for business process outsourcing. basically are
two types voice and non-voice.the voice type have it's two
subtype inbound and outbound, in inbound we handle the
queries of customer problems and services.in outbound we
sell something and it can be feedback related also.and the
second type that is non-voice also call back-office used to
related with billing and data entry etc.
