We ca use Import wizard to import BIAR file. Define the
source aa BIAR file and specify the path of the file and
define the Target with the CMS sysyem name where you want
the BIAR file to be imported and proceed with Import.

I have set of reports in BO4.0 and need to use "Hyperlink" functionality.
