I think Hr is the second Boss of the company.
the power of HR is to develop a manpower,resource the new
candidate,and have power to change a management.
HR profession is very safe profession if u will work
seriously to your organization.so that's a reason that I
choose the career as a HR.

i have done M.S. in organic chemistry and now i got admission in M.B.A. (human resource management) for usa college.my one sister is in london and another sister is in USA ,i am refused for visa becoz of them ,they said i won't come back after study.
