Infestation refers to the condition created especially by
parasites that can be seen without naked eyes- It can be
internal or external parasites.
However- INFECTION- is caused by micro-organisms like
bacteria, virus and fungi but can also be associated with
parasites like Babesia, theileria- specially the blood
parasites
