iteration or incremental model?
Answer Posted / mamatha
Advantage of WATER FALL model is here requirements are
freeze so we cannot change requirements.hence it will be
used in medical instruments, laproscopic surgery..this also
have disadvantage in freezing feature because, customer asks
any changes and do modification requirements, its impossible
with this model.
V-MODEL ADVANTAGES
Here developing and testing activities goes on parallaly
hence customer get more clearence about his product
DISADVANTAGES
IT needs more documentation work
ITERATION MODEL also called as AGILE METHODOLOGY its
recently invented model and it provide more user
friendliness to customers. Here customer get ides about his
product in stagewise, because as soon as scrum team finish
his work test that product and delivers to customers
