Functionality means a set of conditions that would be meet the client requirement. It may varies application to apppl,this combination of functiionalities is designed as per the end users usage in the prod env. for ex:let us take atm functionality( pin num valid,withdrawal valid,mini statement,bal enq,pin num change logout).
