Can I attend US embassy for H1 Visa at Saudi being an Indian. I am on Business Visa at Saudi for next 3 months.

I had the similar case my business visa is valid for 14
days and I attened interview and awaiting for the passport
from US embassy.

I am a Senior Software Engineer. My eldest Sister is a Permanent resident and my elder Brother is a Citizen of US. I want to go for H1b visa.
