If he has any problem for
example like he chekins in the
night but the hotel is sold out
position then our job is to
exaplain the guest about the
status and our moto shuoldbe
guest satisfaction. Then we
should book a room in a same
stand hotel which has service
standards , and also we should
provide free pickup & drop to
the hotel , and in the morning
our job to know the guest
satisfaction
