I got f1 visa rejected in dec'10, at t5hat time i did not
mentioned my immediate uncles's name in Ds160 form who lives
in US and has a citizenship.Now i am applying 2nd time.
Do i have to mention his name although in first interview i
told visa officer i do not have immediate relative in US?
Is this the reason of my rejection?
I am confused!!! please answer!!!!

Hi, If you change any of the informaing in your DS-160 form
or in your answers to the visa officer that itself will
become a reason for rejection. so better stick to the same
info / answers given earlier. DONT CHANGE ANYTHING.
Reason for your rejection could be something else.Analyse
the questions and the kind of answers you had given or
visit a consultant who could help you to prepare you for
the visa interveiw.

hi!!! i got 93 in my TOEFL n my GRE is 920 n my BTECH PERCENTAGE IS 56% with 17 baclogs n i completed my engineering(cs) may 2008 n i got an admit from a reputed state universty (mis as my major). guys help me plzzz!!!!!!!!!! can i get the visa IF SO WAT ANSWERS must i say to the VO ven he asked ABT MY baclogs n percentage (n the gap of one year after my btec) help me plzzzzzzzzzz thanx in advance 4r u all1111

HI iam from delhi . my VISA rejected Twice . i applied SSU california . I have done MCA & 3 year Exp wid IT MNC. now i want go for MBA. I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London. I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1? Why are your GRE/ TOEFL scores low?
I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.
