i have 3 yrs gap since i completed btech education and now
iam applying for ms degree and achieved i20.if i show 3 yrs
of fake work experience .will there be any problem ? i also
want to know will there be any chance for asking bank
statement of company to which i worked??

Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months. Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am planning to issue a new visa. hello sir sir i want to let you know that my application had been not checked at the mumbai embassy they straight away told me that i belong to southern region and i must go to chennai. now, i am planning for chennai embassy will there be any question about why u went to mumbai first as i want to describe in briefly that uptill my intermediate i completed my studies in mumbai and then i came to hyderabad and completed my undergraduation so even my parents stay in mumbai even i have a home over there.my dad is a government employee there so what should i have to say at the interview if they asks me why i first went to mumbai embassy.

I will be going for an interview for Spring 2009 Semester within the next two weeks and have a small confusion any idea how to tackle it. My father died about 8 months ago and my mother who was previously a teacher is now a house wife. I have a brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can this be justified? As the income (which is currently Property Rent + In house business + Support from my uncle) cannot be justified on paper how can I counter this.?
