What is Noted item?.... what is the difference between Noted item and Special GL transaction?

Noted Item is used to display the down payment in FBL5N
report(you have to select the Noted item in the report).
If you wont TICK the noted item in FBKP...then it wont
display the down payment amt in the FBL5N
