Rajasthan patrika. 64.86. 2009
Anand Bazar Patrika. 64.74 lakhs (daily circulation) as of 2009

If you consider Hindi, then you have dainik jagran (160
lakhs) ans Dainik Bhaskar (128 lakhs) to top the list.
