what is the diff b\w call center and BPO

BPO is Business process outsourcing.It means mutual
agreement between two companies.Get the outsource from the
owner company and do it with in that time.
Call center : call center also agreement with one company.
but they provide the service directly to the customers.The
call center have the responsibility for the customers and
owner of the company.
