yes we can set in SPRO- IMG- SD- Billing _ Billing doc -
country specific features- maintain maximum number of
billing items.
SO here we can set the maximum number of the line items for
that Billing type according to the sales organisation.

i have one sold to party that sold to party have 1000 ship to party but if create order system should take always 80 number ship to party how can you do this?
