Actually anti-pumping relay is designated by K-94.and it
means that the electrical contacts of that are used to close
the dc line to make the closing of circuit breaker not
possible after one closing i.e. prevents sucessive closing
of circuit breaker.the contacts of it may be used to
indicate the closing of breaker
