HR is somethinglike the receipe to make urself more
developed more skilled, inculcating with ur strengths &
weakness. To know more and more about urself about the
abilities, qualitites whcih u had not yet used due to
insufficient knowledge or situations..The HR helps in that
situtations to use that calibure at that time. To develop
urself as well as the organisation u r working with
