what is a bpo?
Answer Posted / abhijit biswas
B.P.O. stands for Business Process Outsourcing. Major
corporations of US & UK are outsourcing their back-office
operations to India to save costs. For example employee
payroll, data entry, voice calling for back end activities
etc. Although these jobs usually are not directly IT-
related , their data-based orientation often means that
requires IT department support to be successfully outsourced.
