What is FEC in Bluetooth?

Answer Posted / devesh johar

FEC is the error correcting technique used in bluetooth. it
stands for forward error control( or check-- i suppose). in
this there is an BER(bit error rate) for a particular
transmission which tells about the permissibility of the
corrupted bits. if the BER is more than the average BER
(prescribed value) then the communication made is useless
and need to be made again. so the data frame packet is
regenerated from the corrupted data and used again.
