when iam loging in to my system as a normal user through
the telnet iam not able to login,the message appears on the
screen is unable to conncect the host:the connection is

Telnet is enabled only when u enable the option
CONSOLE=/dev/console in /etc/default/login. By default the
file is not commented .You have to comment the file
CONSOLE=/dev/console by #sign.
