Hi..I have finished my 12th standard in India..I am going to
do my U.G Engineering in Iowa State University , USA
I have my I20 form i have good Toefl, SAT scores as asked by
that university..
my Visa interview is on 19th..
my question is my Brother is doing his 2nd year masters
{mba} in the same university..Should i tell about him or
what to tell when the interviewer asks to me..Will i get any
trouble if i say my brother is also studying there???

DONT LIE........THEY WILL BE KNOWING EVERYTHING. JUST BE
CONFIDENT AND SAY WHATS IS TRUE. AND DONT GIVE THEM A CLUE

why this university?
Hi, I have a L1B filed by my employer which is valid till 10/10/10. I quit my employer few months back and the L1B is not valid. I am planning to take up Higher studies in US and apply for F1 Student visa. I am concerned that being in India, will I be able to apply for F1 with L1B valid till 10/10? I believe i need to cancel the L1B and I am wondering how to proceed with the cancellation. Please advise!

hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax). I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i would sponsor him?
