Father's age is three years more than three times the son's
age. After three years, father's age will be ten years more
than twice the son's age.

No!!!! All the answres are wrong! Let me elaborate it
mathematically.
suppose fathers todays age: x years
Sons todays age : y years
by first relation : x= 3y+3...............(1)
by second relation : x+3= (y+3)*2+10
x+3= 2y+6+10=2y+16
x+3=2y+16
x=2y+13..............(2)
from (1) & (2)
y-10= 0
so, y=10 years.
so, sons age is 10 years
and fathers age is 33 years, which
satisfies both given condition
