And in what way you are planning to measure the voltage of a
single wire. maybe what you mean is the voltage between one
line and ground or neutral. that way the voltage would be
11kv divided by square root of 3. But if you really asking
bout measuring the voltage on 1 wire, it is absolutely zero.

If 24 KVA AVR having Input voltage 200-400v, Output voltage 415+-1%, what will be the voltage if Load is 13A.
