how can s/w QA process be implemented without reducing
productivity?

Answer Posted / amber saxena

This can be done by implementing the QA process in phases
(or we can say slowly by taking inputs from leads or
interested parties). Attempts should be made to keep
processes simple and efficient. But definitely process
implementation should be aligned with organization
goals/vision.

It is required to have regular reviews, lesson learned from
projects, audits to identify the gaps and pain areas. Over
a period of time, you will be able to find the process
significance and changes required (if any).
