The neutral should be solid and only Link should be provided
in neutral as if fuse is provided, in case of shock, it will
blow due to overload, but the supply will be available
through phase and the purpose of fuse is defeated.
In some case(domestic wiring) the neutral also contains
some potential due to unbalance of load in the supply (3
Phase). This holds true even if you are using the one out of
three phase . The neutral is displaced due to uneven
loading. Hence for any purpose of working, neutral Links
should also be disconnected along with the fuse in phase supply.
