Suppose You are a Test Lead in your company. The dead line
of project is next week. But the product have only 50
percent defect free. How you handle this situation?
Answer Posted / nidhi
In this scenario, Prioritize the defects based on the
impacted functionalities and Severity. Try to get fixes of
such defects and retest them.
For all the Medium and Low priority defects, identify
workarounds if applicable. Also, determine the risk and
impact of the opened defects to the project.
Be ready to document and present this data to your project
management group and the project stakeholders before the
product goes live.
