init 1: single user mode with the existing files
init s/init S:single user mode without the existing files
init 2:multiuser moud with out supporting NFS file system
init 3:multiuser mode witm NFS file system support
init 4:allocated for feature reference
init 5:Shoutdown
init 6:Reboot
