Allowance grouping is nothing the combination of Payscale
structure and Employee subgroup grouping for collective
agreement provision.
ie.,
1.Payscale Type,
2.Payscale Area,
3. Payscale Group,
4. Payscale Level,
and
5. Employee Subgroup grouping for collective agreement
provision.
the above is called allowance grouping.
