What might be the reasons for changing the status of a bug
to " NOT A BUG " ?

if tester report any bug and developer open it.
1. developer fails in replicate the same scenario. and
tester also fails to re-generate the scenario in which the
bug was found. It is not a bug (Rejected)
2. If test lead & team getting a satisfactory reply from
the development lead & team, the test lead marks the bug as
rejected.
