I got H1B in 2008 quota.
It is not stamped on my passport yet.
I had 8 yrs of Exp
but Currently I am not working from last 9 months due to
recession and some personal issue.
My question is what will happen when my employer send me
for visa processing?
Do I face any Issue?
Will My H1B visa stamped or not?

Hi,
H1B intiated by ur employer rite for some client in us. Now
you can ask your employer to book a slot and ask them to
provide some last 3 months payslips for u. By doing this u
can get stamping easily.

I selected in H1B going 4 stamping in nov 2009, I have one question I'm maried in 2006 and we seperated in 2009 i dont have mariage certificate. it it mandatiory while going to stamping

Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?. Is it necessary to carry all the original docs of the employer like tax returns client agreements, etc can any on help me in getting answer

My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? Hi, I am a BCom Graduate from Bangalore University, passed outin the year 2000. I have had arrears in my subjects while studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Now my question is will the US consulate reject my stamping just because I have failed mark sheets though I got it cleared later? Can someone answer?? Thanks
