The US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR doesnt think its a technical
error.
HTC offices were raided and a complete investigation
revealed that wages were not paid and LCA details were not
posted.
HTC Global Services is a FRAUD company.

HTC Global Services is a company based in Troy, Michigan with offices around the world. In India, it has offices in Tambaram, a suburb of Chennai. This company has been found to violate US immigration laws. The following instances along with supporting evidence cautions employers and employees. 1. HTC Global Services has been found to violate the US Immigration laws on "6/8/2000" specifically "Failure to comply with subpart H or I (failed to obtain PW documentation)". My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. How many employees are working in your company? Me: around 30 3. Are all of them from India? Me: most of them she issued me 221(g) and asked me for the following documents: 1. Petitioner's Federal income tax return past 3yrs 2. Petitioner's State unemployment wage reports for past 3 years 3.List of petitioner's employees at your job site including names, titles , salaries and immigration status. My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE suggest....he's not stuck cos cant enter US...shuld he go back to india or stay in switzerland to process it???
