first i explain the term:- 5 is a class of accuracy, p you
should use for protection purpose, 10 you should load up to
10VA.
you should use this CT for protection purpose, and the
burden rating should 10volt Amp at 100% load pass in
primary, you should allow +/-5% error for this CT.

hi I have done 3 yrs diploma in electrical engg after 10+2. I have 16 years of work experience into design proposals sales and engg application development in LV/MV swithcgear and sub station automation field. In Dyn11 power transformer if any one of the 3 phases connected to earth in star connected side then please explain effect of the current flow in delta connected side of transformer.(In this case if one phase is shorted to ground in star connected side then we observe the current flow in two phases only not three phases in delta connected primary side. Please explain why it is so?)
