I was rejected once. nw i am applying for 2nd interview
after 20 days. do i need to change the CA certificate to
update the date or not. do i need 2 do ny changes in my
documents? plz answer???

in my opinion u have to change your interview , bacause the
same situation happened to me , i applied after 2 months
and they failed me again . it should be specific changes in
your profile , and it is not seems right for u to start
after 20 days .they certainly think that u want to go to
stay and u r able to do anything for that purpose.

Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! Why did u change your University, (Why not apply to the same University)? 3. Why did you wait two years to re-apply? 4. How will u pay for your second year class? (I have enough account for the fist year only i.e. $25,000) 5. your bank book shows huge amount of money entered within a week...would you explain that? 6. What will you do after graduation? hello sir sir i want to let you know that my application had been not checked at the mumbai embassy they straight away told me that i belong to southern region and i must go to chennai. now, i am planning for chennai embassy will there be any question about why u went to mumbai first as i want to describe in briefly that uptill my intermediate i completed my studies in mumbai and then i came to hyderabad and completed my undergraduation so even my parents stay in mumbai even i have a home over there.my dad is a government employee there so what should i have to say at the interview if they asks me why i first went to mumbai embassy.

I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.
