ADDING KEY FIELDS TO FILE IT DOES NOT CHECK THE EXISTING
DATA.
BUT CONSTRAINS CHECK THE EXISTING DATA BEFORE ADDING IT.
IF ANY DUPLICATE KEY VALUES ARE THERE OPERATION FAILURE.
