Objective: describes the Intended Accomplishment
Example: The objective of this process is to create, modify
and delete records
Scope: describes the range of applicability, operation, and
effectiveness
Example: This process applies to the personnel responsible
for the management of "X" type records within Department
of "XX". This process controls "ABC", "EFG"....
[Note: Objective and Scope provides definition to an
intended purpose of the said action/activity]
