to personal reasons or u had a no of activities other than
studies like sports so that u could not concentrate on
studies...

I got 3 rejection 2 in july & one in aug all 3 times i went 4 NYIT for pursuing my Master in computer science. I have done BBA & MEB (Master of E-business) now i ll try in december but this time i have change my uni as well as course This time i ll go for bridgeport uni and my course is MS in Technology mgt, so what would be my ans this time when they ask me why you have change your course? Hi all im from palestone/Gaza,graduated from the university and got 77.7% and got high mark 600 in Toefl(PBT),and im acceptable in auniversity from usa,and i have Financial Report and have funds 40 thousands of dollars as savings in my bank,is it hard for me to get student visa to do master in usa??and what percenage that maybe get it ?

Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. hi, i got my visa rejected bcos of fake documents(financial and experience)... my consultancy opened an account and deposited the amount till my visa interview....and the consulate found it out and i was rejected the f1 visa...i attempted twice again but in vain. so i deffered my admission and i have been issued a fresh i20 and also availed loan from bank...so planning to apply for visa but could u please help me out about whether i can get the visa after all that happened and if yes can u give me few tips

Dear, One of my close friend is in B2 Visa. Twice she went in B2 and came back to india. First trip to US in June 2008 and second trip to US in Oct 2008. I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.

HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
