QA generally assures the quality which has been controlled by
QC team.
QC team drives the project to a bug free or 95% bug free part.
QA Assures the Bug free or 95% bug free part by just running
on the application to ensure no sudden bugs are found. If
found will be notifying the concerned to make it fix before
the release.
