I have an H1-B visa interview on 8th OCt 2009.
I have completed 4 years in my present company
but i mispalced my Company Offer letter .
Could anyone please tell me is this letter is a mandatory
on going for visa stamping?

My H1B visa rejected in 2007, reajection section 217(A), misrepresentation of ducumnets,, my question is can i appply again visit or H1B, plz i need to know about this,,,
My H1B is sponsored by a US based company. Currently i am working in india .During processing of H1B i changed the present company in India. I have not provided the docs related to new company. Will it cause a problem in Visa stamping .My i129 has just got approved by USCIS.

I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? hai i am suthahar my h1b interview date is(oct16-2008) ,i am a software enginner from coimbatore, i have complted MCA My current company experience 1.8 years I have completed BSC(2001-2004) my college time is 6-1(BSC) Remaing(2-10) i had worked as technical support enginner from csc computer center( 3 years ) ,pudukkottai I had fill application for currenct company experience ==>1.8 years previes company experience ==>3 years how to explain about my experience? and this is part time or full time (I haveoffer leter and experience leter,photos also)
