Companies which violate immigration laws need to be
exposed. HTC Global Services is a company based in Troy,
Michigan with offices around the world.
In India, it has offices in Tambaram, a suburb of Chennai.
This company has been found to violate US immigration laws.
The following instances along with supporting evidence
cautions employers and employees.
1. HTC Global Services has been found to violate the US
Immigration laws on "6/8/2000" specifically "Failure to
comply with subpart H or I (failed to obtain PW
documentation)".

I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is there any other alternate paper that could help me with that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.
Hi All, This is karthik from bangalore, I have applied for my H1B and it got selected in lotto and it's approved on June 19 2008.Now i am waiting for mu interview date. I am working here with a software company for 3 years but before 6 months it was taken over by another concern and now all my revisal letter and pay slip will have both the companies name logo etc..... my questions is.. Will it affect anyway in my H1B interview?

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to book for interview on September to go in October. He was once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection but we know that it was because there was no enough ties for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply. Tina
